Planning the spaces in which our immersive experience takes the stage.

Mess Hall’s ability to fill any sized space with whimsy and nostalgic themes of summer camp and 4th grade lunch rooms is derived from extensive space planning. We look at every property through the lens of systems and flow. Then after we’ve determined the best way to move guests through the experience, I draft up builder’s plans, blue prints and visual renderings of what is to come.

Locally Inspired Dishes

Another major player in our physical space planning is what kind of display will make the immersive experience the most unforgettable. We use local culture to inspire the experience and provide a pointed and special backdrop to the products on display. From an oyster raw bar in Charleston to tailgate snacks in Athens, we’re ready to serve up what locals are craving the most.

Consistency is the secret sauce

Each of our locations follow a similar recipe with some tweaks to the flavor as we go. Mess Hall follows a formula that allows for visual consistency and similar tastes across cities while still allowing for local flair to shine through.
