Mess Hall was founded on principles of systems, experiences & unique designs: Memorable Experiences Systemized for Success. We’ve worked to innovate nearly every element of Mess hall, from the patent pending technology to the displays in store, the system drives all of the success.

After many years of observation and playing in the retail realm, Emily Bargeron and I had come to one conclusion: retail as we knew it was dying. Through piloting ideas at festivals, in store and online, we landed on a solution. An entirely customizable experience in the souvenir space with exclusive product that speaks directly to the customer. Inspired by my repurposed Girl Scout patches, Emily’s extensive knowledge in fashion and our combined love for experiences, Mess Hall is born.

After opening one 250 square foot location in Savannah, GA and being met with instant internet vitality, a second location was only four months behind. Within six months of our opening, the franchise process began. By the end of 2025, Mess Hall was a legal franchise ready for rapid growth with four existing corporate locations.
